“I had the great fortune to work with Muhammad across two of the projects under my programme; Customer Data and Data Strategy, where Muhammad worked predominantly as a Scrum Master (he has many additional skills which helped increasingly bolster and support the team). Essentially, he managed, and drove forward, our Kanban, having set it up from scratch, as an Agile coach to a team of Business Analysts and Data Analysts who were reasonably new to Agile practices and ways of working, initiated and managed our Jira boards and Confluence pages, ran the Agile ceremonies (daily scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives) and helped the team with the definition of ready and done, all whilst keeping the team motivated, progressing the board, and removing blockers.
